Our Massage Package combines several massage techniques to create the perfect experience for you. We use Swedish, Myofacial Release, Myotherapy (Trigger Point), Deep Tissue, a bit of Aromatherapy, and a touch of Energy work to achieve the optimal healing experience.
This session generally lasts about 90 minutes, however, we charge by the session, not the hour, so it may be a bit less or more depending on the body's response to treatment.
Aromatherapy is the use of Essential Oils to promote relaxation, general health and well-being. Essential Oils are extracted from the most potent and healing part of the plant. They are known for their powerful healing properties for the body, the mind, and spirit. The oils can be used several ways including adding them to a bath, inhalation, and our favorite...Massage therapy.
In our sessions, we use our vast knowledge of essential oils, along with intuition to determine which oils will be used. Each session is unique and customized to better meet the needs of the client. The oils are sprinkled over feet and spine or placed on face, wrists, ankles and chest. Specific strokes are used to acheive optimal benefits. Deep meditative breathing is encouraged as it greatly enhances the experience.

Warm, wet heat is applied to boost the healing experience, followed by application of warm coconut oil and energy balancing. This technique will leave the client relaxed and ready for bed OR rested, invigorated and ready to face life challenges renewed. Whichever your desire, you will love the experience!
